Xyall is a start-up company dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and selling medical IVD equipment in molecular pathology. Xyall is globally active.

The Xyall solutions provide the missing link in molecular diagnostics and contribute to tailoring the treatment of cancer patients to the molecular profile of their tumour. Thanks to scientific research and medical innovations such as the Xyall solutions, more people are surviving cancer.

Xyall is headquartered in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, and was founded by Guido du Pree and Hans van Wijngaarden in 2018. The Xyall management team and board have many years of experience in MedTech innovation, molecular diagnostics, digital pathology, venturing, scaling and industrialisation.

With the successful launch of the Tissector Table Top product in 2023, the company will grow from ten to at least hundred plus employees in the coming years. In order to accelerate growth Xyall is looking for qualified candidates for the position of:

 

Marketing Manager (part-time)

As a Marketing Manager, you hold a pivotal role within the Xyall team, supporting all marketing activities to generate demand, to drive Xyall’s growth and to build Xyall’s brand. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO. In the beginning this will be a part-time position for approximately 2-3 days per week which will grow to a full-time position over time.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Sales Support and Lead Generation: E-promotion, ads, trade show strategy, branding, prospecting process, target account list, communication strategy, and thought leader development
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Define marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth
  • Content Creation and Management: Drive content generation for white papers, webinars, workshops, web content, and news items on social media
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop key societal relationships with leadership (KOLs & other) within our target market segments
  • New Product Introduction: drive local go-to-market strategy, develop sales collateral, and organize launch events
  • Market Analysis and Insights: utilize VOC to drive decisions, market segmentation, market share, market plan, competitor assessment, create competitive differentiation through sales collateral, offer/value proposition

Placement in the Organization

Member of the Management Team. Manager of the Marketing activities. Reports to the CEO of Xyall.

 

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the medical device/IVD market
  • Strong understanding of compliance guidelines and go-to-market guard-rails.
  • Excellent presentation skills (writing and presenting)
  • Ability to present to higher level management and customer executives
  • Result driven, proactive “get things done” mentality
  • Team player
  • Thrives in a rapidly evolving environment of a start-up company
  • Education level: BSc or higher
